By scheduling an appointment with Suite Curls by Ebony, you agree to the following Re-Booking / Cancellation Policy + Fees:

• Due to the Cancellation + Rebooking policies, a credit/debit card is required at the time of booking.

• You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48hrs before your appointment without incurring any fees. No exceptions will be made following this time frame.

(Example: Your appointment is scheduled for 10am** on Friday. You have until 10am** on Wednesday to cancel or reschedule for a later date/time without any penalty or fees. After 10am on Wednesday, you will be liable for cancellation or rebooking fees.)

• All Cancellations / Rescheduling requests made within 48hrs will be charged 100% of the service booked.

• Same-Day Appointments can not be canceled or rescheduled for a later date.

• No Call-No Shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. No future appointments will be accepted.
